There are initial sanctification and progressive sanctification. The initial sanctification process has two distinct stages from the scriptures read. All believers must come out and be separated from the midst of unbelievers and their works mainly living in perpetual sin, iniquity and transgressions; and believers must touch not the unclean things while progressive sanctification has to do with ”be ye clean, ye that bears the vessel of the Lord”. One distinct feature of believers is that we are carriers of the Holy Spirit or rather the vessel of holiness that cohabitate with our spirit man and so it is important that we imbibe the Holy Spirit culture of holiness or holy lifestyle literally and progressively purging out every junk from our hearts and progressively cultivating pure heart.
